Thanks for visiting my “About Me” section!
I’ve been a photographer since the 1980’s when my husband and I shot weddings every weekend. Sometimes, two! I also did very formal Renaissance portraiture. That was back in the days when we shot film with our Hasseblad.
Move up a few decades and I still have a camera in hand. Today it is digital, which is wonderful, although I will say that having to figure out all settings on the Hasseblad gives me a clear understanding of the art of photography! I have studied with some of the top photographers in the country and I’m always studying the art.
I’m also honored to be an affiliate photographer for the amazing non-profit organization Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep. Offering remembrance photography for infant loss at no cost to the grieving family.
What you will get when you hire me are portraits that are unique to you. You won’t get “cookie cutter” images with me. I ask what you want, what you like and we go from there!
Whether it’s your wedding, birth of a baby, newborn portraits, or family portraits, I’m positive you will be thrilled with the outcome. I look forward to hearing from you.
